| Content: | Nuntius Testaferrata kündigt den geistlichen und weltlichen Behörden die von Papst Pius VII. ausgesprochene Trennung aller zum Bistum Konstanz gehörigen Katholiken der Schweiz an und meldet, dass für sie Franz Bernard von Tiefenau, Propst in Beromünster, als Generalvikar in spiritualibus bestimmt sei. Er hofft auf Gehorsam. |
